Technical & Production forum

The Technical & Production forum brings together Technical Directors and Production Managers who regularly meet at Opera Europa conferences or separately. Since it was founded in 2004, the senior Opera Europa forum has dealt with issues like Production Project Management, in-house workshops versus outsourcing, good practice for rentals and co-productions, and the conception of a Theatre Database.
