Dutch National Opera & Ballet is home to Dutch National Opera and Dutch National Ballet. The Dutch government counts these two leading companies among the top organisations in the Netherlands. In collaboration with world-class conductors, singers and dancers, directors, choreographers, designers and orchestras, we create, produce and present productions of top national and international quality. In 2016, Dutch National Opera received the International Opera Award for Opera Company of the Year. We also provide high-quality education and participation projects for a wide public from young to old. Every day, over 600 colleagues of 34 different nationalities work together on realising our ambitious programming, with the artistic quality and advanced technology that make us so unique.
